• Investment Banking: Advising one of India’s largest technical support services providers in the Reverse Logistics and Infrastructure Management space, to raise capital for executing expansion plans
  Lotus Capital Partners, in partnership with FiNoble Advisors, is advising and assisting one of India’s leading providers of integrated service providers in Reverse Logistics and Infrastructure Management space related to the IT/ITES and Telecom sector. The assignment is to raise capital for building economies of scale to harness the potential in the exponentially growing global and domestic markets propelled by the increasing need to manage dispersed IT infrastructure, faster obsolescence rate of communications systems and electronic goods.

• Asset Management: TransTech Services Partners Inc.
  Lotus Capital promoted a structured investment vehicle through TransTech Services Partners Inc., a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (SPAC), to execute control investments in Business Services companies, primarily in the US and Europe that can benefit from India’s compelling competitive edge in the services sector.
